All meetings are held at our office on 332

let transportation be an issue. We can assist. We are asking
that if you plan on participating, please call and RSVP at

you with a meal. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Support Groups Can...
Provide a safe, non-jugemental, and confidential outlet for
sharing with peers who have gone through a similar experience.
Provide understanding and assurance for others in the group
that they are not alone in their pain or experience and are
not "going crazy".
Provide evidence that it is possible to get better and that
the pain will lessen.
Provide the opportunity for members to help each other through
the sharing of knowledge and experiences.
Provide ideas and avenues wherein members can begin to regain
some control over their lives.
Offer resources, speakers, information, and literature not
readily available outside the group.
Provide the opportunity for the formation of new support relationships
which may exist outside of the group framework.
